What are the call center opening hours?
The call center is open Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., except on public holidays.

What are the box office opening hours?
The box office is open on show nights at the Théâtre Capitole from 4pm. For showtimes, please refer to our schedule: Spectacles | Le Théâtre Capitole (theatrecapitole.com).

Can I buy tickets at any time?
You can purchase tickets at any time at www.theatrecapitole.com. If you have a non-urgent question, you can e-mail serviceclient@theatrecapitole.com.

What time do the doors open?
Doors open one hour before the show.
In the case of a dinner show, we'll be expecting you as early as 5:30 p.m., so that we can provide you with the service you've come to expect.
Please note that the bathrooms open at the same time as the showroom doors.

How long is my show?
We don't always know the length of every show in advance. If you would like more information about the length of your show, please write to serviceclient@theatrecapitole.com, or call 418-694-4444 during call center hours.

What methods of payment are authorized in Théâtre Capitole?
As of September 16, 2024, Théâtre Capitole will become a digital-only transaction environment. Please plan to use Visa, MC, AMEX or debit cards.

Is there parking close to Théâtre Capitole?
The nearest public parking lot is the Parking d'Youville. It's located opposite the Théâtre Capitole, next to the Palais Montcalm. The parking lot offers a single rate of $15 for the evening.
Parking meters are also available in Old Quebec, but availability is not guaranteed.

Is the Théâtre Capitole accessible by public transport?
Whether you're coming from the Upper Town or the Lower Town, you can use the Métrobus which arrives near the Théâtre Capitole (lines 807, 800, 801).
For more specific routes, you can check your itinerary on the Réseau de transport de la Capitale website (rtcquebec.ca).

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
We have a limited number of wheelchair-accessible seats. These are located at the entrance to the hall, in section 600, as this is the only section that is accessible without stairs.

How do I buy tickets for people with reduced mobility?
As the number of tickets available for people with reduced mobility is very limited, you need to call us to reserve them. This allows us to assess your specific needs and reserve them exclusively for those who really need them.

Can you lend a wheelchair to someone who needs help getting to their seat?
We have a wheelchair available to help you get from the entrance to your seat, but we can't lend it out all evening, so it will be available in an emergency.

Are the bathrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The bathroom is accessible to people with reduced mobility and is located on the first floor.

Do you have hearing aids for the hearing impaired?
We have 5 hearing aids available for loan. Please note that we ask borrowers to show proof of identity to guarantee their return.

Is there a frequency I can tune into if I'm wearing hearing aids?
Yes, we have FM 99.9, so all you have to do is Bluetooth your hearing aids to it.

I've lost something while I was at Théâtre Capitole. What should I do?
In this situation, please fill out the lost and found form on our website: Search request (theatrecapitole.com).
We will contact you if we find your item.

Where can I buy a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased via the Capitole website: Carte-cadeau | Le Capitole (theatrecapitole.com), or by calling 418-694-4040. You can also visit the hotel reception in person.

How can I find out how much is left on my gift card?
You can find out how much is left on your gift card by calling the box office, e-mailing serviceclient@theatrecapitole.com or visiting the box office during business hours.

How do I buy tickets with a gift card or gift certificate?
To purchase tickets with a gift card, please call 418-694-4444. We'll reserve your tickets in your file, and you can pay in person at the box office on the night of your show.
